MetroHealth offices now feature brand new tablet technology in our patient rooms. These tablets will serve as an important educational resource for patients about health-related issues important for them. With our wall mounted screens and tablets, patients have the ability to view videos and obtain information about a specific condition they are concerned about. Just as importantly, our new technology allows our patients to give real-time feedback on their visit. Our tablets feature a short, five question survey. We encourage our patients to take a minute and fill out the survey on their way out the door, so that we can always be at our best to meet your needs and expectations.
